Sharing of Passwords or Download Links

Please do not share password and or download links as it is a form of safe guarding your images. By sharing the password and or download link, the Photographer, and its employees, agents, or representatives will not be held liabable for release of the images. 

Confidentiality

Photographer, and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Photographer, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to Client. Photographer and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective after the termination of the Contract.
